While most healthcare foundations fund equipment and host galas, Alameda Health System Foundation was pioneering new territory. They were the innovation engine within AHS—nimble enough to test bold approaches, brave enough to challenge what philanthropy could accomplish.
We worked alongside their team to develop "Pioneering Possibility in Healthcare Through Philanthropy", positioning that honors the magnitude of their vision. Together, we built a complete brand narrative, messaging architecture, and visual identity that frames them as what they've always been: mavericks reimagining healthcare, community, and social change.
